Alexander Sergeev

A BSU graduate of Applied mathematics and informatics department (2002) as well as a graduate of psychological department of St. Petersburg University (2005). In 2000 — 2004 worked as a programmer in the sphere of automatic process control system and electronic documents circulation. He worked as a project manager in 2004-2005 (business web applications). Obtained a degree in «organizational psychology» after writing a project at the subdepartment of ergonomics and engineering psychology. Since then he has started to be deeply involved in usability and user interfaces. Alexander believes that human factor is a critical factor for success of any IT project. Being human, user, program/website/device- visitor oriented allows to create a humane and profitable product, which will definitely enjoy high demand.

Alexander is the author of Guicci blog, dedicated to the latest trends in user interfaces and usability.

Maria Bertseva

Data collecting and analyses specialist

A post graduate student of psychological department in St. Petersburg university. Is responsible for detecting user needs and requirements to program product and interface. Knows methods of survey and interviewing, majors in content analyses, as well as planning and carrying out psychological experiments.

Her sphere of interests includes psychological aspects of virtual reality and computer games, information structure of databases. She is in constant search for original solutions.
